     Immigration and Border Security

             The illegal immigration issue is not a one size fits all solution.

          First, let’s look at the big picture.

          There are four types of offenders in the illegal immigration problem.

     1. The career criminal. Drug smugglers, kidnappers, thieves.

     2. Terrorist. Those that want to cause harm to our country and way of life.

     3. To "Re-Claim territory for Mexico." It has been long taught in Mexico that
         the Southwest United States is "Stolen Mexico Territory" and should be
         re-claimed for Mexico, not by military invasion but by individual occupation.

     4. Those that are unhappy with their homeland and want to BECOME
         Americans.

     We must secure our southern border and stop the invasion of our country.
Much like a home invasion crime, the invaders to our Country would be anyone
that has not gone through proper channels to enter the Country legally.

     In support of States that are taking action to capture and process invaders,
one only needs to look at the United States Constitution, Article I Section 10
Paragraph 4 “…. or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent
Danger as it will not admit delay.” The States have the right to defend their territory
against ALL invaders until the Federal Troops arrive with enough force to properly
defend the Country.

     It should be easy to understand why we must prevent the above mentioned
type 1 & 2 from entering the Country and in no circumstance should any citizen of
the United States suffer any consequence for any actions taken to prevent,
capture, injure or kill the type 1 & 2 invaders when employed by authorities to do
so.

     The type 3 invaders must be taken into custody and deported. If they don’t
understand why then they should look at Mexico’s own policy that states they will
deport outsiders   “who show contempt against national sovereignty or security.”
The southwest is NOT stolen Mexico territory and if the leaders of Mexico think it is
and they want to “re-claim” it then be up front about it. Use you military to properly
invade us and after we kick you butt it will be settled once and for all.

     The type 4 invaders must understand that they cannot just walk into someone's
home and make it their own just because they do not like the home they have. We
have immigration laws and procedures in place now. Maybe they are not as
streamlined as some would like, but millions have followed the process. If
someone falls into the type 4 invader category they must understand that they
need to conform to the current customs and society they have chosen to settle into.
They can not create a subculture that mimics the homeland they left for a number
of reasons:

     •        It’s not logical to leave one place because you are not happy there only
to create a place that is just like the place you left.

     •        In the Seal of The United States is a Latin term “E pluribus Unum”
meaning “Out of Many, One.” It is not there because it is a catchy phrase, it is there
because it is the only way we can be “United.” We must be of common language
and culture.

     If you are not happy with the language and the culture you have relocated to
then you should go someplace that speaks the language you prefer and has the
culture you are comfortable with. In simple terms, it is rude to go into someone
else’s house and rearrange the furniture and nobody is going to welcome a rude
person into their home.
